Initial Consultation

At this first meeting we will discuss your needs and ideas for your project. Information is noted on a checklist that considers certain aspects such as

* Location of water features, retaining walls etc

* Matching the style of your home to your new garden

* Accessibility to all family members

Full Colour Design

All designs are drawn to scale and can be presented in full colour to assist the client's understanding and vision of their project. Plant Specification All plants are listed using both botanical and common names.

Costing

The following prices are an average and may vary for certain projects. A design costing will be given to you at the initial consultation and a deposit is required as confirmation. The balance is payable on presentation of the design.

* From $780 standard single area eg rear garden (client to provide site plan)

* $85 min standard manual site measure *

**$85/hr changes to drawings

* From $150 for council drawings & Engineer approved drawings *At the initial consultation all information is recorded on a "client check list" as a confirmation of information given and that it is correctly received.

The check list is to be signed and dated by the client.

**Changes to the drawings are at the client's expense for situations where a client gives additional or ammended information not listed in the client check list eg change in budget, product choice.
